Besides the extensive experience the two have combined ~ Carole, a Culinary Institute of America & Le Cordon Bleu BA graduate and a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) thru the America Culinary Federation and her Mom, a corporate food service manager and together, two time restaurateurs for 34 years!
